Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The AAA is dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion within alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Since the 1960s, our proactive approach has continued to increase the representation of arbitrators and mediators from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, including racially and ethnically diverse candidates, women, individuals with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We are committed to continuous progress and remain focused on our mission to foster a more inclusive ADR community that reflects the breadth of perspectives within society.
