Every year, the many offices around the country congregate as one organization to celebrate the AAA’s birthday and the presentation of the President’s Award for Living the Values. This prestigious award is bestowed upon several outstanding employees chosen by the president but initially nominated by their peers.

Each office is encouraged to plan its own activities, some of which include bake sales, taco lunches, ugly sweater contests, and sports teams.
